1. What outfit best describes who you are?
(seen above) Something comfortable; I’m usually in jeans and a tank top. I’m a simple person, always doing a lot of physical activities. I care about my appearance, but comfort matters more to me.

2. Which of your pieces are you obsessed with?
I don’t have a favorite piece; what I’m working on lately feels better than what came before. If I am a bit obsessed with anything, it’s with painting thorns. I like the idea that something beautiful, like flowers, can also hurt you.

No tengo una pieza favorita; lo que estoy haciendo últimamente me gusta más que lo anterior. Creo que, si estoy un poco obsesionado con algo, es con pintar espinas. Me gusta la idea de que algo hermoso, como las flores, también puede lastimarte.
3. What is your greatest influence in art?
I think my greatest influence is everything I see on the streets: the advertising signs, the business logos, and the murals you can find on any corner.

3. What music do you listen to while creating?
I like to listen to all kinds of music when I’m painting. I don’t have a playlist; I listen to music on YouTube because I enjoy watching the videos, though it can be pretty distracting. I could go from a reggaeton song to a salsa, and then a one-hour ambient album will start playing.

Me gusta escuchar todo tipo de música cuando estoy pintando. No tengo un playlist; escucho la música en YouTube porque me gusta ver los videos, aunque eso me distrae mucho. Puede sonar una canción de reguetón y después una salsa, y luego empieza un disco de ambient por una hora.
4. What is your favorite medium and color?
The airbrush is a very freeing technique to create with; I like being able to paint on any surface, and it helps me work faster. The downside is that you need electricity and certain equipment. I think white is my favorite color to paint with, though it isn’t very practical.

5. What do you like about taking photographs?
I like taking photos of things I identify with, often things related to love. Most of the time, I imagine that I could be the person in the photograph doing something strange on the street.

Me gusta tomar fotos de cosas con las que me identifico, muchas veces cosas relacionadas con el amor. La mayoría de las veces pienso que podría ser yo la persona que está en la fotografía haciendo algo extraño en la calle.
7. If you have a favorite photo of someone you like or of your best friend, can you share it?
This photo really reminds me of my childhood, surrounded by friends from the neighborhood, always playing in the field.
