Describe the 1-100 man and woman
Confident

What key 1-100 item does every stylish woman need?
The articulated oval ring with tourmaline!!!  Everyone needs one.

Is there a book, song or movie that influences you?
Graham: Vladimir Nabokov’s Speak Memory
Miguel: Fritz Lang’s Metropolis

What you do is incredible because it is not just an idea, it’s a concept behind a tangible object. What is the creative experience like for you?
A battle!  But sometimes a very poetic one and the casualties are only ideas.

As each piece is only available in limited quantities, do you ever grow sentimental to a specific style or design?
Always…  To most of them actually.  But we think most people become sentimentally attached to the jewelry they wear, because it’s so personal.

What is a surprising talent you have?
Closet Jocks.  Miguel was a swimmer and Graham was a ski racer in high school

What’s your favorite Charlotte Rampling film?
Zardoz … wait … we mean Liliana Cavani’s The Night Porter

What’s next for 1-100?
Our first flagship on Mars.  But really…Spring Summer 16 and we’re working on some new exhibitions.  And hopefully re-launching the website.
